Wow. That. Is sad. It even looks sad because the head is tilted to the side and the little wings are down... D: Poor thing.
But you did a nice job getting this shot! And I now know what dragonflies look like up close
I love the details, especially on the wings. And it just makes me sad. But that's a good thing, since it is a sad photo O_o I wouldn't want to be smiling. Good job!
Hmm... This looks so professional. And I really like how it's focused all on the head and front of the dragonfly, and not the whole thing.
I think you might be able to improve this photo if the dragonfly wasn't dead in the center. Perhaps the top or bottom left would work, so you wouldn't be cutting anything out of the frame. If you cropped it, consider recropping it a bit. Or it would be easier if you just cropped off a bit of the bottom and right as to move it to the corner. However, it is your photo. And it's a sad photo, so maybe it's a good thing that it doesn't speak perfection. It's not supposed to.
Oh and also. I wish that line was not so in focus... You can fix this with a simple editing program, and blur it out just a tad so the focus is all on the dragonfly.
